Venezuela held the military parade for the 197th Anniversary of Independence on July 5, 2008. President Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías and Bolivian President Evo Morales took part in the celebration. It was astonishing that a cadet who attended the parade suddenly split his pants. That was so embarrassing! Luckily he wore underwear…or else, too sexy for us.
